A must try recipe !JAMAICAN CHICKEN CURRYIngredients400 grams boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes 2 tablespoons Jamaican seasoning 2 tablespoons oil 1 tablespoon dried mixed herbs2 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes 2 medium onions, quartered 1 medium green capsicum, diced ½ medium red capsicum, diced 2 pickled jalapenos, sliced1 tablespoon garlic powder2 teaspoons curry powder1 tablespoon vinegar1 tablespoon soy sauceSalt to taste Fresh parsley sprig for garnishing Method1. Heat oil in a deep non-stick pan. Add mixed herbs and chicken cubes, mix and sauté till the chicken changes its colour. 2. Add potatoes, onions, green and red capsicums, jalapenos, garlic powder, Jamaican seasoning and curry powder and mix well.3. Add 2 cups water, mix, cover and cook till chicken and potatoes are fully done. Add vinegar, soy sauce and salt, mix well and simmer for 1-2 minutes. 4.
