Japanese crepes are quite simple to make and can be devoured in an instant as a quick snack or dessert.. And if you've had them in japan, you know how they can be very ADDICTIVE! and if you havent yet, but have had the French kind, they tend to be lighter, fluffier and crispier. at least in my experience..
