This is an interesting quick fasting recipe made from raw bananas, perfect for this navratri season. Jeera kelaServing - 4 paxPreparation time - 10 minsCooking Time – 10 minsIngredients quantityRaw banana 6-8 nosWater as required Salt 2 tsp + to taste Turmeric powder 1 tsp + 1/2 tsp Oil 2 tbspAsafoetida a pinchCumin seed 1 1/2 tspGreen chilli chopped 2-3 nosCorriander chopped 2 tbsp Method : 1. Take raw bananas and cut its head and tails. 2. Heat a pressure cooker, add water, raw banana, Turmeric powder, salt. 3. Allow it to cook for 5 whistle. 4. Once it's done, remove it and peel it and cut it into chunks. 5. Heat a pan, add oil, cumin seed, Asafoetida saute it until splutter. 6. Now add green chilli, boiled bananas saute it for 3-4 mins. 7. Now add Turmeric powder, salt, coriander leaves and toss it well for 2 mins. 8. Transfer it to serving plate. 9.
