Restaurant Style Jeera Peas Pulao, a perfect Punjabi recipe which pairs best with Dal Makhani or Dal Tadka.
A must try at home recipe, toh fir banaiye or khaiye! :)


Ingredients
Fresh Green Peas ( हरे मटर ) - 1 cup
Butter (मक्खन) - 3 tbsp
Cumin seeds (जीरा ) - 1 tbsp
Boiled Rice (उबले हुए चावल) - 2 cups
Green Coriander (हरा धनिया ) - 1 tbsp
Salt (नमक ) - 1/2 tsp

How to make Jeera Peas Pulao :
1. Preheat a pan for making the jeera peas pulao. Once rightly hot, add butter then add cumin seeds.
2. Add green peas to it, stir and saute for 1 minute. Add boiled rice. Stir and saute these for 1 minute.
3. Add coriander leaves and salt, stir. Mix them well and the pulao is ready to serve.
