Jeera rice is a popular restaurant style rice recipe. It's very easy to make this rice recipe. I used cumin seeds in this rice recipe, Serve jeera rice with dal fry or tadka for lunch and dinner.

Ingredients
100gm Basmati Rice or medium to long grained rice
2 pcs of bay leaf
3-4 pcs of cloves
1 tbsp Ghee
2 pcs of Big black cardamom
2 pcs of 2 inch Cinnamon stick
Cumin seeds 1 ½ tsp
