8 Cups of Rice
5 TIN TOMATO PASTE(140g each)
5 Tin Fresh Tomatoes (400g each)
2 Purple Onions
1+ 1/2 Head set Garlic
1 Big Sized Ginger
4 Scotch Red Bonnets pepper
8 Green Scotch Bonnets pepper
1 Handful Fresh Rosemary
1 Handful Fresh Basil
2 Tbs Aromat (divide into 2)
2 TBS THYME (divide into 2)
1 tbs Curry powder
1 tbs Paprika
1 tsp Corriander
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp white pepper
Salt to taste
Hot stock of Choice
3 -4 cups oil ( REMEMBER TO SCOOP OFF SOME LATER AFTER FRYING THE TOMATO)
