Heat some ghee in a pan and when it get hot, add pearl millet flour (jowar flour), cashew nut, raisins and stir well until the flour gets cooked in the ghee and get a nice sweet aroma. 2. Cook the flour for about 4 minutes on a very slow flame and switch off the flame. 3. Add little by little milk and stir the mixture continuously until the flour becomes into a nice smooth paste without lumps. 4. Add mashed banana and mix well. 5. Switch on the flame, mix grated jaggery, sugar and stir vigorously until the jaggery melts. 6. Keep cooking and stirring continuously until the mixture become to a slightly thick mass and the ghee is releasing out. 7. Switch off the flame. Add cardamom powder and give it a good mix. 8.
