Juicing Is A Waste Of Fiber!

Lemon Ginger Blast Cracker:
6-8 Cups LGB Pulp
1/2 Cup Ground Flax Seeds
1/2 Cup Puradyme Protein
1 Tbs. Sea Salt

Pulverize in food processor using S blade until dough like consistency. Spread on teflex sheets, score into desired shape and dehydrate at 120 for 18-24 hours.
