Loaded with paneer, mayo and green chutney, this sandwich is going to fill your tummies and keep your taste buds happy too.

JUNGLEE PANEER SANDWICH

Ingredients

300 grams paneer, cut into small cubes
8 white bread slices
2 medium carrots, grated
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green chilli, chopped
1 tbsp freshly chopped coriander leaves
2½ tbsps green chutney
Salt to taste
2 tbsps mayo
Butter as required
French fries to serve
Tomato ketchup to serve

Method

1. In a large bowl, add paneer, carrot, onion, green chilli and chopped coriander. Add green chutney, salt and mayo. Mix well.
2. Apply butter on one side of the bread slices, place a portion of the stuffing on 4 slices of bread and cover with the remaining slices with the butter side facing down.
3. Apply butter on top and heat a grill toaster and place the butter side down and apply butter on the remaining side.
4. Grill till the sandwich is golden and crisp. Cut them into triangles and transfer them to a serving plate.
5. Serve hot with French fries and tomato ketchup.
