In a large bowl, add paneer, carrot, onion, green chilli and chopped coriander. Add green chutney, salt and mayo. Mix well.2. Apply butter on one side of the bread slices, place a portion of the stuffing on 4 slices of bread and cover with the remaining slices with the butter side facing down.3. Apply butter on top and heat a grill toaster and place the butter side down and apply butter on the remaining side.4. Grill till the sandwich is golden and crisp. Cut them into triangles and transfer them to a serving plate.5.
