Wrap food prep tip!

One recipe batch makes 2 full wraps which is around 4 meals. Whenever we make wraps, we fill both and have a meal for each of us that day and then a meal for each of us the next day! It really helps to wrap both of them up and have a nice to go meal the next day.

Bonus tip: the wrap you eat right away is a great time to use wet ingredients like tomatoes, cucumber and fermented foods like pickles and sauerkraut. Avoid these wetter ingredients in the second wrap to avoid sogginess as they wait to be enjoyed until the next day.

For the next day wrap we stick to drier fillings (lettuce, cabbages, shredded carrots, red onion, even avocado tends to do well for next day - just nothing too wet and juicy) and use a sauce for each bite instead of adding sauce inside.

We start with a cashew cream cheese base, load up whatever yums we desire, roll, cut and enjoy!

Cashew cream cheese, sauce options and other fillings along with the wraps themselves can be found in the HAND SALADS eBook. The sprouted chickpea mash salad filling we used in this reel can be found in both Make it Raw volume 3 (orange cover) and our raw vegan travel eBook called Tales from the Tailgate Get 40% off any or all of our ebooks or video courses with code: RAWFOOD40
