Ingredients:
Moong dal 1 Cup
Garlic 10 Numbers
Green chilli 8 Numbers
Coriander 1 Bunch
Onion 1 Numbers
Salt To taste
Turmeric powder 1 Pinch
Curry leaves 2 Springs
Coriander powder 1 Teaspoons
Lemon juice 2 Tablespoons

Ingredients:
Moong dal 1 Cup
Garlic 10 Numbers
Green chilli 8 Numbers
Coriander 1 Bunch
Onion 1 Numbers
Salt 1 0
Turmeric powder 1 Pinch
Curry leaves 2 Springs
Coriander powder 1 Teaspoons
Lemon juice 2 Tablespoons

Directions:
1. Take a blender add Garlic, green chilli, coriander and add some water to make a coarse paste.

2. Heat oil in a pan add chopped onions, salt saute it till onions slightly change the color. Add turmeric, curry leaves and prepared chiily, garlic and coriander paste cook this for few minutes.

3. Add soaked moong dal (moon dal soaked in water for 2 hours) and add required water mix it well and put the lid on and let it cook till moong dal soft.

4. Add coriander powder, lemon juice mix it well and switch off the flame and put the lid on let it rest for 5 minutes.

5. Serve it with chapati, phulka, and rice.
