If you like prawns, you're going to love this recipe.KADAI PRAWNSIngredients20-25 medium prawns, peeled and deveined2 tbsps kadai masala2 tbsps oil2 medium onions, chopped1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste 1 large tomato, chopped½ cup tomato puree Salt to taste½ tsp turmeric powder 1 tbsp coriander powder½ tbsp red chilli powder1½ tbsps cashew nut-melon seeds (kaju-magaz) paste½ tsp dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi) powder ½ medium green capsicum, chopped½ medium onion, diced and layers separated1 medium tomato, dicedCoriander leaves for garnishMethod1. Heat oil in a non-stick kadai. Add onions and sauté till golden brown. 2. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté. Add chopped tomatoes, cook till pulpy. Add tomato puree, mix well and cook till oil is separated. 3. Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder and mix well. Add 1 cup water and stir well.4. Add cashew nut-melon seed paste, mix well and cook for a few seconds. Add prawns, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.5. Add dried fenugreek leaves powder and mix well. Add capsicum, onions, tomatoes, and mix well. Add kadai masala, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.6.
