Diwali is when we don't count how many mithais have we eaten in a day. Kaju ka kamaal, khoya aur besan ka dhamal, Diwali par banaiye mazedar Kaju Khoya aur Besan ke laddoo. KAJU KHOYA BESAN LADDOOIngredients½ cup cashew nuts (kaju), coarsely powdered2 cups grated khoya/mawa1 cup coarse gram flour (jada besan)⅓ cup ghee2-3 tsps poppy seeds (khas khas)½ tsp green cardamom powder1 cup powdered sugarMethod1. Heat ghee in a wide non-stick pan. Add coarse gram flour and mix well. Continuously roast on low heat till it turns golden brown and fragrant. 2. Switch the heat off, add the grate khoya and mix it till well combined.3. Add poppy seeds, green cardamom powder, and cashew nuts powder and sauté on low heat for 1-2 minutes. 4. Transfer the roasted mixture on to a large bowl and allow to cool to room temperature.5. Add the powdered sugar and mix well with your hand. Take small portions of the mixture and tightly roll it into a ball. This is a laddoo.6. Arrange the laddoos on a serving plate.
