Kala Khatta Slush | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Most refreshing and energizing drink you could have to beat the summer heat.

KALA KHATTA

Ingredients

1 cup kala khatta syrup
Ice cubes as required
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt to taste
Black salt for sprinkling
Fresh mint sprigs for garnishing

Method

1. Crush together ice cubes, lemon juice and salt coarsely.
2. Divide the crushed ice mixture into individual glasses. Sprinkle black salt and pour 4 tablespoons kala khatta syrup in each.
3. Garnish with mint sprigs and serve immediately.
