Try it soon!KALE CHAATIngredients8-10 kale leaves, torn in halfBatter1½ cups gram flour (besan)¼ tsp carom seeds (ajwain)¼ tsp asafoetida (hing) ½ tsp Tata Sampann Chilli Powder¼ tsp turmeric powderSalt to tasteOil for deep fryingChaat1 medium onion, finely chopped1 medium tomato, finely chopped½ small raw mango, finely choppedSweetened yogurt for drizzlingDate and tamarind chutney for drizzlingGreen chutney for drizzlingChaat masala for sprinklingBlack salt for sprinklingRoasted cumin powder for sprinklingChopped fresh coriander leaves for garnishSev for garnishRoasted peanuts for garnishFresh pomegranate pearls for garnishMethod1. Take gram flour in a large bowl, add carom seeds, asafoetida, Tata Sampann Chilli Powder, turmeric powder, salt and 1 cup water little by little, whisking continuously till a smooth batter of coating consistency is formed. 2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. 3. Coat each kale leaf into the batter and gently slide into the hot oil and deep fry till golden brown and crisp.4. Arrange the fried kale leaves into a serving bowl, sprinkle onion, tomato, and raw mango. Drizzle sweetened yogurt, date and tamarind chutney and green chutney. Sprinkle chaat masala, black salt and roasted cumin powder.
