Dry roast ½ tbsp cumin seeds and coriander seeds in a non-stick pan till they turn golden brown and fragrant.2. Take the pan off the heat and allow to cool slightly. Transfer it into a mortar and coarsely crush with a pestle.3. Cut the potatoes into 1 inch pieces. 4. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add remaining cumin seeds and let the colour change. Add the potatoes and mix well. Cook till golden brown. 5. Add the crushed mixture, salt, and chaat masala and mix well.
