Delicious Kaleji fry made in an instant and tastes downright delicious. KALEJI FRYIngredients200 grams chicken liver (kaleji)2 tbsps oil1 tsp cumin seeds2 medium onions, chopped2 green chillies, chopped1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste2 medium tomatoes, choppedSalt to taste¼ tsp turmeric powder1 tsp red chilli powder1 tsp coriander powder1 tsp garam masala powder2 tbsps chopped fresh corianderPavs to serveGinger, cut into thin strips for garnishFresh coriander sprig for garnishMethod1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and sauté till fragrant. Add onions, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste and mix well. Sauté till onions turn brown. Add tomatoes, salt and mix well. Cook on medium heat till tomatoes turn pulpy.2. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix well. Add little water and garam masala powder. Further add little water and mix well. Cook on medium heat till oil separates. 3. Add kaleji, coriander and mix well. Cover and cook on medium heat for 15-20 minutes.4. Transfer kaleji fry on a serving plate. 5.
