Garam Garam Onion Pakora is an all-time favorite starter snack in most Indian party menu. It is also known as "Kanda Bhajia" in North India. This can be prepared in very less time & makes a mouthwatering combo with hot coffee.

Ingredients:
1 cup Gram flour(Kadala podi)
6 number Green chillies
to taste Oil
3 number Onions
to taste Salt

Directions:
1)Chop onions (length-wise) and green chillies.

2)Make batter with gram flour.

3)Mix onions and green chillies in batter along with salt.

4)Heat oil in a pan.

5)Pour a spoon of the batter into the hot oil and fry the bajjis.

6)Drain on a paper towel.

You can substitute onion with
potato or baigan slices but use chilly powder instead of green chillies.
