Served with green chutney, makes them even more delicious.KANDA BHAJIYAIngredients3 large onion (kanda), slicedSalt to taste½ cup gram flour (besan)¼ tsp turmeric powder½ tsp red chilli powder¾ tsp coriander powder½ tsp cumin powder1 green chilli, chopped2 tsps chopped fresh coriander leavesOil for deep fryingTomato ketchup to serveGreen chutney to serveMethod1. Take onions in a large bowl, sprinkle salt and mix well. Set aside for 10-15 minutes. 2. Add gram flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and coriander powder. Add cumin powder, green chilli and chopped coriander and mix till well combined. 3. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, drop in small portions of the prepared mixture using your hand and deep fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper.4.
