This is a Kerela style pachadi where their is a place called kannur so this tomato pachadi is speciality of that place.this is basically a yougart based pachdi by adding tempering to it.and goes well with rotis, pulao,biryani.

Ingredients:
Coconut 1 cup
Mustard seeds 1 tb
Green chilly 4 n
Red chilly powder 1 tb
Chopped coriander 1 b
Tomato chopped 5 n
Salt
Mustard seeds 1 tb
Hing
Curry leaves 5 n
Oil 3 tb
Yogurt 1 cup

Directions:
1. Take a bowl add grated coconut, mustard seeds, make a paste in blender.
2. In this add salt, green chilly, red chilly powder, chopped coriander, tomatoes chopped, mix all of together, and add yogurt and mix it.
3. Heat oil in a pan add red chilly, mustard seeds, hing, and curry leaves, and switch off the flame.
4. Add this tempering to tomato pachadi.
5. Serve this hot with roti, naan, chapatti, and plane rice
