For stuffing, 2.heat oil in a pan add chopped onions, salt saute it for 2 minutes then add finely chopped garlic, green chilli, chilli powder, chana masala, chopped brinjal and tomato puree mix it and put the lid on and let it cook for 5 minutes. 3.Now add boiled chana dal, chopped coriander, mix it well and switch off the flame. 4.Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out small puris and deep fry in hot oil.5.
