Delicious flavourful kebabs made with jackfruit. KATHAL KE KEBABIngredients1 small jackfruit (kathal), peeled, peeled, cut into pieces and boiled3 tsps red chilli powder½ tsp turmeric powder1½ tsps garam masala powderSalt to taste1 small onion, finely chopped2 tbsps chopped fresh mint leaves4 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves2-3 green chillies, finely chopped2 tbsps roasted gram flourOil for shallow fryingOnion rings for garnishMicro greens for garnishGreen chutney to serveMethod1. In a bowl, add raw jackfruit and mash it well. 2. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt, onion, fresh mint, fresh coriander, roasted gram flour. Mix it till well combined.3. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into kebabs. Set aside.4. Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick pan, place the prepared kebabs and shallow fry till golden and crispy. Drain on an absorbent paper.5.
