In a jar, add tomatoes, garlic, ginger, and water and blend into smooth puree. Keep aside.2. Now, in a clay pot, bring water to a boil and add beef meat. 3. Once the water starts boiling, add puree, onion, salt, red chili powder, turmeric, cumin seeds, and coriander.4. Mix, cover, and let cook on low flame until gravy has formed.5. Take the lid off, add ghhe and cook until oil separates over medium to high flame. 6. Add water and green chilies and let it simmer over low flame for 10-15 minutes. 7. Serve with naan and enjoy.
