A sprinkler to put new life in your kebabs.KEBAB SPRINKLERIngredients4 ready-made chicken seekh kebabs2 tsps oilSpice mix2 tsps cumin seeds12-15 black peppercorns4-5 cloves1 black cardamom1 bay leaf2 dried red chillies4-5 green cardamoms2 tsps Tata Sampann Kasuri Methi1 tsp dried mango powder (amchur)½ tsp pink saltSalt to tasteOnion rings to serveA few mint leaves½ lemonMint sprig for garnishMethod1. Heat a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds, black peppercorns, cloves, black cardamom, and bay leaf.2. Break and add dried red chillies, green cardamoms, and dry roast on low flame till fragrant. 3. Add Tata Sampann Kasuri Methi and mix well. Take it off the heat and transfer to a bowl and allow to cool.4. Add ½ tsp amchur powder, pink salt and mix well.5. Heat oil in another non-stick pan, place the kebabs and cook till golden brown on all sides. 6. Meanwhile, add the prepared spices in a blender jar and blend to a fine powder.7. Add salt and remaining amchur powder, mix well and strain the prepared masala. Add the prepared masala into a sprinkler bottler. Set aside.8. Place the cooked kebabs on a worktop and cut them into medium sized pieces, add onion rings, mint leaves and squeeze the lemon juice on top. 9. Sprinkle the prepared masala and transfer the mixture on a serving plate.
