Do give this recipe a try!KEEMA PAVIngredients 500 grams mutton mince (keema) 3-4 tablespoons oil 2 medium onions, finely chopped½ teaspoon turmeric powder1 teaspoon coriander powder½ teaspoon cumin powder1 teaspoon garam masala powder1 tablespoon ginger-garlic pasteSalt to taste 1 cup tomato puree1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves1-2 green chillies, finely chopped½ cup frozen green peas (matar), boiledPav for servingMethod1. Heat oil in a deep on-stick pan. Add onions and sauté till golden brown. 2. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder and sauté on low heat for 1 minute. 3. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 1 minute. Add mutton mince and salt, mix and cook for 5 minutes. 4. Add tomato puree, 1 tablespoon coriander leaves and green chillies, mix, cover and cook on medium-low heat for 15-20 minutes.5.
