A popular street food in India, Keema Pav is a robust, peppery dish that is mainly an indulgent snack or breakfast.KEEMA PAVIngredients500 grams minced mutton (keema)4 white bread slices (pav)4 tablespoons oil1 bay leaf1 inch cinnamon stick2-3 black peppercorns2 cloves2 large onions, finely chopped1 large tomato, finely chopped1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste¼ teaspoon garam masala powder1 tablespoon mix masalaSalt to tasteMint leaves for garnishingOnion slices for serving½ lemon for servingMethod1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add bay leaves, cinnamon, black peppercorns and cloves. Add onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, mix masala and salt, sauté till tomatoes turn soft and pulpy. 2. Add minced mutton, ¼ cup water and mix well. Add little water and mix again. Cover and cook till pressure is released 4-5 times. 3. Remove from heat and cool at room temperature. Transfer the keema mixture to a serving bowl. 4.
