Horizontally slit pavs stuffed with spicy keema mixture, grated cheese and baked to make this cheesy pull apart.KEEMA PAV PULL APART - (Serves - 4)Ingredients500 grams mutton mince (keema)8 pavs2 tablespoons oil1 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)2 large onions, finely chopped1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste2 green chillies, diagonally sliced2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped1 tablespoon red chilli powder¼ teaspoon turmeric powder2 teaspoons coriander powderSalt to taste½ cup green peas, boiledJuice of 1 lemon4 emmental cheese slices4 cheddar cheese slicesMethod 1. Preheat oven to 180° C. 2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and sauté till seeds change colour. Add onions and sauté till translucent. 3. Add ginger-garlic paste and mix well. Add green chillies, mutton mince, mix and cook for 2-3 minutes. 4. Add tomatoes, mix and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and mix well. 5. Add some water and mix. Add salt and mix. Add green peas, some more water, mix, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add lemon juice and mix. 6. Halve pavs horizontally. Spread cooked mutton mixture on base pav halves, top with emmental and cheddar cheese slices and cover with remaining pav halves. 7. Place pav on a baking tray and cover with aluminium foil.
