In a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds, garam masala and stir fry for a minutes.2. Add onion and cook until starts to turn brown.3. Add mince and cook until it changes color. Add ginger garlic paste and mix well. Add tomatoes and cook until tomatoes get soft.4. Now add red chili powder, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and cook for 2-3 minutes.5. Add 1 cup water and cover and cook until mince is fully done.6. Take off lid and add yogurt, cook for 3-4 minutes. Add pea, potatoes, carrots, capsicum, potatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add 1 cup water and cover and cook until vegetables are fully done.7. Now add 5 cups of water and rice. Cook until 80% water has been absorbed.8. Now cover and steam for 10-12 minutes. Take off lid. Your Keema Vegetable Pulao is ready.
