KESAR PISTA CHAIIngredientsFew strands of saffron + for garnishBlanched and peeled pistachios for garnish400 ml milk5 green cardamoms2½ tbsps tea leaves1½ tbsps sugarMethod1. Boil milk in a non-stick deep pan. Remove and set aside.2. Boil 2 cups water in another non-stick deep pan. Crush and add green cardamoms, tea leaves and sugar. Let it boil for a minute. 3. Add few saffron strands and boil for a minute.4. Add the boiled milk and boil the tea till it becomes frothy.5. Strain and transfer the tea in serving cups. Add the froth on top.6.
