I am not really a fan of mashed potatoes, but if i was going to make a keto alternative, it has to be something that I could enjoy and this was delicious!
it tasted like a agoyin beans( a delicacy in NIgerian) and even if you are not into the keto diet and try this out, you will be hooked.
