In a bowl add 1 medium onion chopped, ½ cucumber chopped, ½ tomato chopped, ½ beetroot boiled and chopped, 1 tbsp hung yogurt. Add 1 tsp mixed herbs 1 tsp, 1 tsp chilli flakes, 1 tsp chaat masala. mix well.2. on a worktop, place a khakra and add 4 spoonful of mixture and spread it completely. drizzle green chutney as required, Add barik sev as required, place another khakra on top.add schezwan sauce, boiled corn kernels, chaat masala sprinkle, add mayo sauce as required ,corn kernels, green chutney, tomato chutney , add sev. Grate and add cheese, place another khakra, drizzle mayo sauce, drizzle tomato chutney, green chutney, add pomegranate pearls, sev.3.
