Ingredients (servings: 2)
kimchi 400g, Korean pancake mix 200g, canned tuna 100g, red pepper powder 30ml, water 100ml

Directions
Put kimchi in a bowl and cut into small pieces
Add Korean pancake mix, tuna, red peper powder and stir them well
Add kimchi liquid and stir
Add red pepper powder and stir
Add water and stir
Oil a heated pan, put the batter over high heat
Flatten the batter with a spoon or a ladle
Cook until the front and the back are golden
