KOKAM SHARBAT Recipe
Kokum sharbat or kokum juice is a popular Goan summer coolant drink which is perfect to sip on warm summer days as it is very refreshing. Here is how to make Kokam Sharbat.when it feels so hot and the roads are desolate because everyone is indoors, this kokum sharbat can cool more than your body.

KOKAM SHARBAT


Ingridents

Kokam Soaked - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Black Salt - 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Juice of Lemon - 1/2
Mint leaves

Method: Add Soaked Kokam in pan, Add sugar and let it cook to form a concentrate
2. as it gets thick add Black salt, Cumin powder, Black pepper, add salt,
3. shut the flame.
4. In order to check coat the spoon, it should form a layer for a perfect Concentrate.
5. Sieve the concentrate in a bowl or you can grind it.
6.Add the sieved concentrate in a glass, add lemon, mint leaves and Ice cubes and water.
7.Garnish with mint leaves and Serve the best Kokam Sharbat .
