Kombdi vade is a dish native to the Konkan region in the Indian state of Maharashtra.Very popular Malvani delicacy which is prepared by using combination of rice flour and different lentils

Ingredients:
Rice flour 1 Cup
Salt 0 To
Turmeric powder 1 Pinch
Oil 0 To
Warm water 1 Cup

Directions:
1. Take a bowl and add rice flour, salt, turmeric powder, 1 tbs oil, warm water and mix thoroughly like a smooth chapathi dough. 2. Take small dumpling and place it on the oil applied polythene sheet and cover it with the same sheet and press it with the plate like vade as shown in the video. 3. Heat oil in pan and deep fry the pressed vade. 4. Now the puffed Kombdi Vade is ready to serve with malvani chicken.
