Koose/ Akara French Toast

PREP TIME: 5 MINUTES
FRY TIME: 10 MINUTES
SERVES: 4-6

INGREDIENTS
2 cups koose/ akara batter (check our channels for the koose mixture recipe)
4 eggs
6 slices of bread
600ml vegetable oil
1 tsp salt

DIRECTION
Break the eggs into the koose/ akara batter, add the salt and whisk into your desired consistency.
Take a slice of bread and dip into the koose / akara batter and evenly coated and soaked.
Heat vegetable oil over medium heat and carefully place in the soaked bread slice.
Fry until golden on both sides for 3 minutes each.
Koose / Akara French toast ready to serve.
