When I was in junior high, I couldn't wait to come home... to play video games and eat THIS! Yes, I had to tell my mom to re-create one of my favorite childhood dishes - braised baby back ribs with aged kimchi. Its spelled (and pronounced 'deung-galbi-kimchi-jjim') in Korea. I could easily wolf'd down 2 bowls of rice with this! Today, we share it with our neighbors - enjoy ya'll!
