Korean cream cheese bunIngredientsFor Korean Cream Cheese Bun4 sweet buns5 tbsp cream cheese1/4 cup melted butter1 tbsp powdered sugar1 tbsp fresh cream1 1/2 tsp garlic (lehsun) paste1 tsp dried oregano2 tbsp finely chopped spring onion greens or parsleyMethodFor korean cream cheese bun1. To make korean cream cheese bun, in a bowl, whisk the cream cheese, fresh cream and powdered sugar. Fill in a piping bag and keep aside.2. In another bowl add melted butter, garlic paste, oregano and spring oinons and mix well. Keep aside.3. Take a bun, cut it into 4 halves using a sharp knife.4. Pipe out the cream cheese between each halve.5. Repeat step 3 and 4 to keep all buns ready.6. Place them on a baking tray, brush the butter mixture evenly all over the bun.7. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200c (400f) for 5 to 10 minutes.8.
