Korean Cucumber Salad
Ingredient Quantity
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Sesame seed 1 tsp
Cucumber 1 no
Method:-
First to make dressing for the dish.
1. Take bowl in that add vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, salt, red chili powder, chili flakes and sesame seeds mix it properly until the sugar is dissolve in it.
2. First take a cucumber and cut the edges, then rub the top and bottom sides of the cucumber to remove the bitterness from it and wash it properly.
3. Cut cucumber with the skin into slices, and then add it in dressing and mix it properly.
4. Transfer it to a serving plate and add the reaming dressing on it.
