Bokkeum Gochujang
1/2 lb beyondmeat ground beef
3 to 4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tap chopped ginger
1 medium size onion, small diced
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp maesilaek, Korean green plum extract or apple juice
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 cup gochujang
1 serano pepper, chopped (optional)
1/2 tsp black pepper

*Add sesame seeds & sesame oil when you serve for the best nutty fragrance & flavor.
*It will last 15 days in the fridge.
