Kothimbir Vadi is a Maharashtrian snack that is made with Coriander leaves and is very tasty. This Coriander Fritters can easily be made at home with ingredients found in your kitchen. Given below is the Kothimbir Vadi recipe.

Ingredients:
(In the order of instructions)
21/2 cups Besan (Gram Flour)
1/2 cup Peanut powder (optional)
2 tbsp Rice Flour
1 tbsp Chilli paste
1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Garam masala
2 cups Water
2 cups chopped Coriander leaves
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard seeds
2 tsp Til (Sesame seeds)
1/2 tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
