It's a common occurrence in our households that when we make upma, kids often fuss about eating it. Today, I'm here with a recipe that introduces a unique flavor to upma by incorporating coriander leaves. This variation of upma is guaranteed to entice your kids and have them finishing up their breakfast plates.Let me know in the comments below if you tried this recipe before.In a mixer jar, add 2 bunches of coriander leaves, 3-4 green chilies, 1 tsp cumin seeds, and 2 small ginger pieces. Grind the ingredients into a paste.Firstly, let's fry the Bombay rava. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.Add 1 1/2 cups of Bombay rava and fry it on medium flame.Fry the rava until it changes color and transfer it to a plate.In the same pan, heat 1 1/2 tbsp clarified butter (ghee).If desired, fry a few cashew nuts in the ghee until they change color. This step is optional.Move the fried cashew nuts to a different bowl.In the same pan, add 1 tsp Bengal gram, 1 tsp black gram, 1 tsp mustard seeds, and 1/2 tsp cumin seeds.
