In a mixer jar, add 2 bunches of coriander leaves, 3-4 green chilies, 1 tsp cumin seeds, and 2 small ginger pieces. Grind the ingredients into a paste.

Firstly, let's fry the Bombay rava. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.

Add 1 1/2 cups of Bombay rava and fry it on medium flame.

Fry the rava until it changes color and transfer it to a plate.

In the same pan, heat 1 1/2 tbsp clarified butter (ghee).

If desired, fry a few cashew nuts in the ghee until they change color. This step is optional.

Move the fried cashew nuts to a different bowl.

In the same pan, add 1 tsp Bengal gram, 1 tsp black gram, 1 tsp mustard seeds, and 1/2 tsp cumin seeds. Fry them.

Next, add 1 diced onion and fry it.

Now, add 1 green chili, 1/2 cup curry leaves, and fry them.

Then, add the prepared coriander leaves paste and cook for a minute.

Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and mix it well.

For 1 1/2 cups of Bombay rava, you will need 3 cups of water.

Now, add salt to taste and mix it.

Cook on low flame and slowly add the fried Bombay rava while stirring continuously.

Close the lid and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.

For a nice flavor (optional), squeeze some lemon juice on top.

Drizzle some clarified butter on top and turn off the heat.
