Versatile madras curry powder which is highly aromatic and flavourful. The Kulambu podi can be used in chicken curry, mutton curry, fish kulambu and most of the vegetable curries. It is like Garam Masala powder and is part of every house hold in south India. It can be stored in an air tight container for up to 6 months.

Mustard Seeds [सरसों] - 50 gms
Cumin Seeds [ज़ीरा] - 200 gms
Coriander Seeds [धनिया बीज] - 150 gms
Fennel Seeds [सौंफ] - 200 gms
Star Anise [चक्र फूल] - 10 gms
Clove [लौंग] - 20 gms
Cardamom [इलायची] - 10 gms
Black Pepper [काली मिर्च] - 100 gms
Dry Red Chili [सुखी लाल मिर्च] - 10 pcs
Bay Leaves [तेज पत्ता] - 4-5 pcs
Curry Leaves [कढ़ी पत्ते] - 4 twigs
Cinnamon [दालचीनी] - 2 sticks
Red Chili Powder [लाल मिर्च पाउडर] - 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder [हल्दी पाउडर] - 1 tbsp
