In this video, we will make Kung Pao Potatoes, which is Chinese Style Chilli Potato Starter Recipe.

Ingredients:
Oil - to deep fry
Potato - 30-35

Sesame Oil - 2 tbsp
Green chili - 2 chopped
Garlic - 1 tbsp
Sichuan peppercorn - 1 tsp
Peanuts - 2-3 tbsp roasted
Red chili Dried - 2-3 whole

Red Chili Sauce / Sriracha - 1 ½ tbsp
Onion - 1 cubed
Capsicum - ½ cup (colorful)
Spring Onion Greens - handful + to serve

Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - a little bit
Pepper - ¼ tsp
Tomato Ketchup - 1 tbsp
Soya Sauce - 1 tsp light
Lemon Juice - ½ tsp
Water - ½ cup

Corn Starch - 1 tbsp
Water - 3-4 tbsp
