IngredientsFor Quick Kung Pao Potatoes3 cups frozen french fries2 tbsp oil3/4 cup chopped spring onions whites and greens2 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)1 tsp finely chopped ginger (adrak)1/4 cup schezwan sauce1 tbsp red chilli sauce1 tsp soy sauce2 tbsp hot and sweet chilli saucesalt to tasteoil for deep-fryingFor The Garnish1 tbsp chopped spring onions whites and greens1 tsp black sesame seeds (kala til)MethodFor quick kung pao potatoesTo make quick kung pao potatoes, heat the oil for deep frying in a deep pan and deep-fry the french fries till golden brown in colour. Drain on an absorbent paper.
