Palak Leaves - 20
Besan - 1 cup
Rice Flour - 1/2 cup
Salt - to taste
Red Chilli Flakes - 1 tsp
Ajwain - pinch
Baking Soda - pinch
Water - to make batter
Oil - to deep fry

Dahi - 500g
Sugar - to sweeten
Green & Red Chaat Chutneys
Pomegranate Seeds, Boiled Aloo
Red Chilli Powder, Black Pepper, Chat Masala, Black Salt, Jeera Powder
