These crispy chicken strips taste delectable when topped with chaat masala and served alongside mayonnaise.KURKURE CHICKENIngredients300 grams boneless chicken breast, cut into strips2 cups savoury crispies1 tsp dried red chilli flakes1 tsp garlic powderSalt to tasteCrushed black peppercorns to taste1 tsp onion powder½ tbsp freshly chopped parsley leaves1 eggOil for deep fryingChaat masala for sprinklingMayonnaise to serveMethod1. In a bowl, add chicken, red chilli flakes, garlic powder, salt, crushed black peppercorns, onion powder and chopped parsley. Break egg in the bowl and mix well. 2. In a zip lock bag, add savoury crispies and lock it, crush it to a coarse powder using a rolling pin. Transfer to a plate.3. Roll each chicken piece into the crushed savoury crispies and coat well. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.4. Heat sufficient oil in a wok, deep fry the chicken pieces till golden brown and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper. 5.
