Kurkuri bhindi2 cups ladies finger (bhindi), cut into four lengthwise3 tbsp besan (bengal gram flour)1 tbsp rice flour1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)1 tsp chilli powder tsp amchur powder tsp cumin powder1 tsp lemon juice2 tbsp oilSalt to taste1. To make kurkuri bhindi, combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl, add 3 tbsp water and mix well.2. Now add bhindi and salt. Mix well using hands.3. Arrange them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.4. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180C for 20 minutes till they turn crisp and golden brown in colour.5. Remove and let it cool slightly.6. Serve kurkuri bhindi immediately with hot cup of tea.Tips to make kurkuri bhindi1. Instead of refined oil you can use olive oil.2. Make sure the masala is evenly coated to the bhindi. 3.
