Kuttu ka cheela is a Navratri special vrat recipe which is made during Navratri at Indian household. It's made fro kuttu ka atta. This is a pure vrat recipe and you can eat this during vrat and upvas.Ingredients:200-gram kuttu ka Ataa11/2 tsp. rock saltFreshly chopped coriander leaves1 tsp. grated ginger2 piece finely chopped green chilly1 small raw potato1 small cucumberHow to make Kuttu ka chilla:1.Grate raw potatoes and keep aside. 2.Grate cucumber and keep aside.3.In a mixing bowl add kuttu ka atta, rock salt, freshly chopped coriander leaves, grated ginger, chopped green chilly, grated potato (potato laccha), grated cucumber, water as needed. Mix it well and make a medium thick smooth batter.4.Heat tawa and grease it with little oil.
