Lahori Fried Fish

Ingredients for Soaked Fish:
Water as required
Shan Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Rohu fish 1 kg

Ingredients for Lahori Fried Fish:
All-purpose flour 1 cup
Gram flour 3 cups
Shan Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp.
Coriander seeds crushed 2 tbsp
Red chili powder 2 tbsp
Chaat masala 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds crushed 2 tbsp
Water as required
Soaked fish
Oil (for frying) as required

Directions for Soaked Fish Preparation:
1. In a bowl add water, Shan Ginger Garlic Paste, salt, vinegar and mix it well. Add fish and soak for 30 mins.
Note: Wash the fish thoroughly and pat dry before marination
Directions for Lahori Fried Fish Preparation:
2. Take the soaked fish in a bowl and add flour to it. Coat it well in flour.
3. Now in another bowl add gram flour, Shan Ginger Garlic Paste, red chili flakes, crushed coriander seeds, red chili powder, chaat masala, lemon juice, salt, crushed cumin seeds, water and mix it well.
4. Add coated fish to this marinade and coat it well.
5. Now deep fry the fish until golden brown and fully done. Your Lahori Fried Fish is ready. Serve and enjoy.

Cooking time: 10-15 mins
