Take whole garlic and crush them one by one.2. Take a small bowl and add coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, dry mango powder, black salt, chaat masala and salt to taste then mix well.3. Take a large mixing bowl. Add boiled chickpeas, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, black salt, dry mango powder, salt, ginger garlic paste and mix well.4. Now add gram flour, refined flour, cornstarch then add some water and mix well with the help of hand.5. Then deep fry the coated chickpeas until look like golden brown.6. Take it out on a tissue placed on a plate.7. Now fry the garlic then side out in a bowl.8. In garlic bowl add fry chickpeas and all dry spice powder.9.
